The Greenpeace deep sea mining interactive map maps out the locations and potential impacts of deep sea mining in the world’s oceans, it lists the approaches taken by countries around the world, including those who have banned the practice, have taken a precautionary pause and those that hold licenses. Greenpeace approached Tekja with the aim of bringing this compelling narrative to life with a digital interactive map.
Working closely with research and communication teams, Tekja drew up a design for communicating the narrative’s key messaging succinctly for the target audience, producing a series of static leaflet graphics, interactive content and an animated video for Greenpeace teams to share.
