Commissioned to mark the Somerset House 25th anniversary, this visualisation celebrates the talent pathways the cultural institution has developed over the past quarter-century. We created a luminous animated piece in which interconnected, glowing paths represent the journeys of individuals and distinct talent opportunities over time, designed to represent the unique routes we all travel that when combined together can form a wider network of opportunity, growth, and progression.
First unveiled as part of the anniversary celebrations as an installation at Somerset House, the animation brought the organisation’s impact to life in a visually engaging and accessible way and marked the entrance to invite visitors to explore the institutions elaborate network of studio spaces showcasing artists’ work. The work now lives on through the Somerset House website, providing a lasting digital expression of its commitment to nurturing talent over time.
