Tracking the health effects of climate change around the world | Wellcome
Data is a powerful tool for understanding the health effects of climate change.
We worked closely with Climate and Health research team at Wellcome to analyse, process and map 120 years of climate data to show where four climate-related health risks (drought, flooding, extreme heat and disease) have occured across the globe.
A key aim in understanding and consolidating these trends is in gathering more data, the tool aims to showcase where data is missing and will be updated over time as the cutting edge research in this area grows.
