One day in data visualisation

Tekja were invited to present a lecture to Master’s students at the Royal College of Art, London, exploring how data visualisation can help us understand our cities. The lecture explored how much personal data we emit as we travel around our urban spaces, and how this can be used to better understand and plan public space as well as the privacy concerns that need to be balanced to ensure a democratic and transparent use of this intimate information.
