TEKJA was commissioned by the City of London to create a web application that allows the council to communicate to the general public the future projects in the Eastern Cluster Area and collect feedback on the proposals. The application has an interactive masterplan, where the user can filter, select and get details about the projects and a feedback section, where users anonymously provide details about their demographics and feedback about each project.
The application has been a key tool for public consultations carried out throughout the year at various locations. When the public consultation process ended, TEKJA carried out analysis on the data collected, allowing the City of London to gather insight on the demographic profile of the respondents, project by project, and on which profiles would welcome the proposals or not.
