Tekja worked with Symantec and Edelman to develop an interactive map which revealed which cities unwittingly played host to the most bot-infected devices, such as PCs, Macs, smartphones, tablets and connected home devices, across Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) in 2015 and 2016.
Tekja design teams provided a series of information design iterations to enable Client and communication teams to review findings as communication strategies were developed, Tekja developed specific communications content and digital functionality to facilitate the wider sharing of specific information, including a data-driven tweet generator allowing users to tweet discovered stats to their followers.
The interactive was launched in Europe, America and Asia in four languages and received press coverage worldwide.
